Member Service Officer (MSO)/Retail Service Officer (RSO)
2+ years experience and/or training in sales/customer service and general lending practices preferred. RSO must be able to work a flexible schedule in a retail environment.

Member Service Representative (MSR)
High School Diploma/G.E.D. required. Customer Service training preferred. 6+ months experience performing cash handling responsibilities desired.
